ARCHITECT IUNIOR
The Studio deals with architectural and structural design, construction supervision, construction site safety, energy assessments of the building with the release of certificates, condominium thousandths, stacking, and photo insertions. The Studio combines different and complementary professional skills, develops projects and takes care of relations with clients, both private and public, follows the entire authorization and administrative process of the projects, the Works Management, coordinating the design contribution with the installers, elaborating accounting and following safety on site, up to the acceptance of the works.

External collaborators and specialists contribute to the work, selected on the basis of the particular needs of the project. The habit of working with specialists, other professionals, companies and craftsmen, allows us to follow the projects in all their aspects up to the realization. The studio follows the customer from the development of the project, the drafting and preparation of the necessary documentation, the choice of the company, up to its realization. The design phase will be accompanied by detailed virtual reconstructions to help you imagine your final solution.
To get an accurate estimate based on your needs, the studio needs photos, a plan or floor plan of the property and the customer's requests.
