This involves the renovation, construction of an infinity pool and energy requalification (110% Superbonus) of a villa located in Anzio. The works consist of the construction of an infinity pool, with a compensation tank built on the old ramp that led to the basement. Total demolition of one balcony and partial demolition of another, treatment of the facades with covering paint, treatment of the pillars with mapefer and mapegrout and insertion of an insulating panel to eliminate the thermal bridge. An insulator was inserted inside the cavity of the external infills by blowing. Replacement of the gas boiler with a Viessmann heat pump, creation of a radiant floor on the ground floor and first floor and air ducts on both floors for cooling. Installation of solar panel for DHW, and photovoltaic panels with storage, all by Viessmann. Replacement of existing wooden frames with low thickness aluminum frames from SPI. creation of a solar greenhouse on the kitchen side. Furthermore, a steel roof was created for the shelter of cars.

This involves the renovation and energy requalification (Superbonus 110%) of a villa located in Nettuno. The works consist of the total demolition of all the crowning cornices and the demolition of a technical room located on the ground floor close to the garage. Creation of a 10cm thermal coat on the external facades and on the roof. Replacement of the gas boiler with a Viessmann heat pump, creation of a radiant floor on the ground floor and air ducts inside the false ceilings for cooling, installation of a VMC for each room. Installation of solar panel for DHW and photovoltaic panels with storage, all by Viessmann. Replacement of existing wooden frames with low thickness aluminum frames from SPI. Furthermore, a wooden pergola was built to house the photovoltaic system.
